Chair yoga is for people with mobility limitations.Traditional yoga seated postures are adapted to be done in a chair instead of on the floor. The chair also provides support during standing postures. Practicing chair yoga on a regular basis can improve balance, strength, flexibility, concentration, hand dexterity, and emotional health. Beginners welcome.
