Valerie Summer

Valerie Summer came from New Jersey to live in the North Country in 1973. She learned about life here as a dairy farmer and yogurt maker, first at Birdsfoot, then at Meadowsweet Farm. In 1996 Valerie became a Licensed Massage Therapist and since then she has maintained a practice in Canton. Having done Yoga in some form since high school, she is very happy about having a Yoga center right here in our little town. Val is currently the President of Yoga Loft Board.
