Vinyasa Yoga
with Vinyasa is a yoga practice that links postures and breath, regulating the flow of prana (the life force). In each Vinyasa class we will complete sun salutations and various standing and seated postures. Each class will end with some inversions and savasana (deep relaxation). Produce heat and energy. Build focus, strength and flexibility. Purify and relax your body and mind through Vinyasa yoga. All levels of experience welcome. Sarah has been practicing yoga since 1994 and has studied intensively since 2001. She has visited Kripalu several times and has completed Ashtanga Teacher Training with David Swenson. She is currently completing her 200-hour independent study for a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification with Yoga Alliance.
