This class is ideal for men and women in their 50s, 60s and older who are not ready to give in to old age. Yoga postures, appropriately modified, are practiced in a flowing sequence to stretch and exercise the whole body. Participants are encouraged to challenge themselves while lovingly accepting the body's limitations. Patience leads to progress. Regular practice fosters resilience, strength, balance, agility, and helps reduce stress.
NOTE: It is NOT necessary to be flexible in order to gain great benefits from this class. Beginners are welcome.
