Yoga Blend with Lori Dye
Thursdays 10:30 – 11:30am
Register HERE, $15. (at least 1 hour in advance)
Blends Flow and Restorative styles of yoga. The first half of this class uses breath-guided movement to build internal heat, stimulate digestion, release tension, and clear out the energy space. The second half of class utilizes breath work and supported restorative stretching to ease into a long integrative relaxation to close. Leave feeling balanced and phenomenal.

There is much evidence that strength training is great for health, longevity, and mood. In this class we will pair yoga stretches with a workout using small weights to help build muscles, improve balance, and feel good. All are welcome in this beginner level class. We will start slow and build a strength training practice.

In this workshop, Johanna will introduce participants to MBSR through specific practices involving breathing, meditation, gentle body movements, and other tools to incorporate Mindfulness into daily life.
