Mindfulness and More with Charlie. Mondays 12:00-1:00pm, starts May 9. Meets at the Unitarian Church, Main Street, Canton NY. This 10-week course introduces and expands upon the principles and practices of Mindfulness as a pathway to a more peaceful life.

Yoga for Beginners with Sarah, Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm
May 18-Jun 22. Sign up for the whole 6-week series for $60 or use class card; drop-in $15. Hour long class designed to ease you into yoga. Build core strength, flexibility, breath-awareness, and mindfulness.

EFT Tapping Workshop: Coping with Physical Pain

Learn basic Emotional Freedom Techniques, (Tapping). A simple and effective self-help tool combining acupressure points on the face and upper body and mindful affirmations. This workshop will address improving breath, coping with emotional aspects of pain and releasing tension.
