Mindfulness and More with Charlie. Mondays 12:00-1:00pm, starts May 9. Meets at the Unitarian Church, Main Street, Canton NY. This 10-week course introduces and expands upon the principles and practices of Mindfulness as a pathway to a more peaceful life.
Yoga Tune Up®, a Yoga Therapy Modality with Cintia.
Saturdays 10:30am-12:00pm. Yoga fitness therapy designed to eradicate pain, improve posture, and enhance performance through a unique blend of corrective exercises, self-massage, and yoga.
Yoga for Beginners with Sarah, Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm
May 18-Jun 22. Sign up for the whole 6-week series for $60 or use class card; drop-in $15. Hour long class designed to ease you into yoga. Build core strength, flexibility, breath-awareness, and mindfulness.
