As you may already know, the Yoga Loft is truly a non-profit organization. Income from classes barely covers the costs of rent, paying teachers, paying our financial and program consultants, advertising, cleaning supplies, insurance, etc. Each year the Yoga Loft embarks on a Fall Fundraiser to pay for the extras. Donations are tax-deductible, and your donation of any amount is much appreciated. Donations this year will fund:

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is a synergy of postures, breathing techniques, and gentle movement to balance the body's energies. Beginners welcome
Time Change for YOGA MEETS PLAYGROUP with Lori Dye
Class now meets Tuesdays 8:30-9:45am at the Canton Recreation Pavilion, 90 Lincoln Street. Bring your baby/child with you to yoga class. The kids play while the parents/caregivers enjoy a great workout with Lori.
New Class YOGA FOR STRENGTH & TONING with Lori Dye
Wednesdays 8:30-9:45am. A moderate flow class, with mindfulness to posture and alignment for best results in building strength. We will utilize repetition for toning. Props will be used to assist. All levels are welcome. Expect to build heat internally.

New Class YIN YOGA with new teacher Kelly Burnham
Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm. Yin Yoga is a slow paced yoga practice and poses are held for an extended period of time, allowing the body to settle into each pose. Meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) are incorporated. Wonderful stress relief!
