In this LIVE on Zoom workshop we will explore the yogic tools of breath work, postures, and simple vinyasas (linked breath and movement sequences) to help reduce stress, calm nerves, and bring the body into balance. You will need a journal or some paper, a few blankets and pillows, and a quiet space to practice. $30 per person.

On Zoom, Wednesdays 7:00-7:45am, $5. Starts March 3

Dynamic gentle warm ups and poses to release tightness in muscles and joints, this gentle yoga stretch will prepare your body for the physical activities in your workday. The session ends with a Pranayama centering seating meditation to calm and relax the mind and cultivate emotional resilience throughout your day. Open to all levels, no prior yoga experience necessary.
