Designed for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia who want to continue or begin a yoga practice. Postures will emphasize strength, balance, and alignment as we move mindfully in our practice. Jen is a physical therapist, college professor, and certified yoga instructor. Her classes blend yoga principles with a physical therapist’s understanding of anatomy to help students move mindfully with greater awareness, strength, and ease - on and off the mat.

Spice up your evening with some fun Latin rhythms that make you want to move! Beginning salsa lessons. No dance experience or partner needed. Just come ready to have fun. You will learn fundamentals of leading and following as well a a variety of moves that you can incorporate into both partner and individual dance. If you are new to salsa, you'll be amazed at what you can learn in a session and get some good exercise too. If you've danced salsa before, refresh what you know, see old friends and new.
