Morgan holds a container for nervous system regulation through a balance of movement and stillness. Her teaching style is influenced by the school under which she studies; Prana Vinyasa®, developed by Dance Anthropologist Shiva Rae, as well as her dedicated studentship to Yoga Nidra and astrology. Morgan’s classes take into consideration the current solar and lunar cycles and their influence on our collective embodiment.
Morgan’s classes require no previous experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners, all are considered equal. Morgan’s intention is to guide students toward the center of their experience which is an inherent state of calm found in the stillness of the mind.
