Diagnosed with Crohn’s disease as a child, Susanna’s body/mind practices are a major piece of managing her health and well-being. Susanna was introduced to Kaiut Yoga in 2017, and immediately saw the value of this style. In 2018 she received teaching certifications in Kaiut and Avita yoga and is thrilled to be sharing this approach. Originally from Parishville, NY, Susanna lives in Boulder Colorado. She is the Assistant to the Director at the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History, and teaches “Yoga for Clarity and Calm” at the CU Contemplative Resource Center and the CU Faculty Staff Assistance Program. In addition to yoga practice, dance, and hiking in the beautiful Colorado mountains, she is exploring her musical side, singing, playing baritone ukulele, keyboards and writing songs. |
